Ulteo, la distribucióin creada por Gael Duval, fundador de Mandrake (ahora Mandriva), libera la primera alfa.

Ya la estoy bajando vía bittorrent para probarala. Al parecer es un liveCD con instalador.

En la sección para desarrolladores de la página anuncian que solicitan desarrolladores:

Ulteo has been on active devleopment for several months. The operating system will be released under Open-Source/Free-Software licensing.
